Adding a car, a driver, a mortgagee or an additional insured? Send us a message or call. Changes are not in effect until confirmed.
Certificates of insurance
Business clients can request a certificate by email at contact@edmondsinsure.com. Include the certificate holder’s name, address and any wording required.
ID cards and documents
Most carriers offer digital auto ID cards in their apps. We can also email ID cards and declarations pages on request.

Replace Carrier 2 to 4 with the agency’s actual carriers, their direct billing and claims URLs, and their 24/7 claims phone numbers. Confirm the exact AAA bill pay and claims page URLs.
After an accident or loss
- Make sure everyone is safe and call 911 if anyone is hurt.
- Take photos of damage, the scene and the other vehicle’s plate and insurance card.
- Prevent further damage, such as covering a roof leak or shutting off water.
- Report the claim to your carrier, then call us at (425) 555-0100.
- Keep receipts for emergency repairs and temporary housing.
